This includes a discussion of client concerns, reasons forthe visit, and the client’s health history. An assessment of signs and symptoms of any imbalances. Upon completion of the assessment your basic Ayurvedic constitution will be determined with the current state of imbalance and the causative factor(s) involved. A review of your assessment and findings will be developed with recommendations based on the your unique needs, health care goals, and current state of imbalance. These recommendations may include information and instruction on diet and eating habits, lifestyle, yoga/exercise, meditation, breathing practices/pranayama, ayurvedic herbs and other health improvement practices, as appropriate. The recommendations will be refined into a protocol that can realistically be implemented to achieve your health care goals. Also included in your initial consultation is a pulse analysis & dinacharya:

Dinacharya - this can be translated into “daily routine”. A daily routine is absolutelynecessary to bring radical change in body, mind, and consciousness. Routinehelps to establish balance in one's constitution. It also regularizesa person's biological clock, aids digestion, absorption and assimilation, and generates self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity.
Upon completion of assessment you will be given guidelines and shown proper techniques of pranayama (specific breathing techniques) for balancing their constitution, reducing stress, improving health and wellness on allenergetic levels assisting in achieving their health care goals.
