acupuncture

MEG is a licensed Acupuncturist in Ontario. She has a strong passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and its ability to treat pain related conditions as well as many other health concerns.

Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific acupuncture points throughout the body. Along with acupuncture, she is trained in cupping (fire, silicone and plastic pump cups), Gua Sha (dermal friction), herbal prescription and TCM dietary & lifestyle therapy.

ayurveda

MANISH works one on one with clients to improve their mind, body and soul wellness using ayurvedic herbs, diet, exercise, meditation, pranayama, and yoga. Ayurvedic consultation includes a discussion of client concerns, reasons for the visit, and the client’s health history.

Based on your assessment, you may be recommended information and instruction on diet and eating habits, lifestyle, yoga/exercise, meditation, breathing practices/pranayama, ayurvedic herbs and other health improvement practices, as appropriate. The recommendations will be refined into a protocol that can realistically be implemented to achieve your health care goals. Also included in your initial consulation is a pulse analysis & dinacharya.
