in tasha’s 5 day Little Yogis (ages 4 - 6) program will explore yoga through creative movement, breathing and mindfulness activities. These yoga foundations will be integrated along side creative activities such as music making, arts & crafts, storytelling and nature walks.

Our little yogis camp will allow your child to build skills that encourage growth in physical and mental well-being!!!

in kayla’s 5 day young yogis (ages 7-11) yogis program will explore yoga through creative movement, breathing and mindfulness activities to help quiet minds, find a calmness and ignore negativity. These yoga foundations will be integrated along side creative activities such as arts & crafts, dancing, storytelling, nature walks and fun filled trips.
Your young yogis will build skills that encourage growth in physical and mental well-being, flexibility and self-love.

be lively ~ healthy lifestyle camp for teens  

in Lauren's 5 day teen summer camp will explore the foundations of body awareness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness while incorporating important topics such as self love & body image, chemicals & cosmetics, relationships & social media, healthy eating & food inspiration, menstruation & hormone health, sleep techniques, optimizing energy, managing stress, anxiety and so much more! Lauren recognizes these are essential areas of information for teens and she can’t wait to share her personal wellness ways with the world! Other awesome activities include crafts such as mala making, visionary boards, learning DIY spa recipes, painting and beading to name a few.  Time will be spend outdoors, at the studio and on little fun filled field trips!

tasha forster • camp leader

Tasha is a certified yoga instructor and music teacher with the Peel District School Board. She has taught a variety of different styles of yoga to various ages of students, including children. She loves the playfulness and joy that children bring to a yoga class. Tasha enjoys helping children to creatively express their authentic selves and to discover and appreciate the beauty in all that surrounds them. She spends her time with her own two children, outdoors, hiking, gardening, playing music and living with an open heart!

kayla lachance • camp leader

Kayla is a certified yoga teacher, artist and environmentalist who strives to save the Earth one day at a time. On a beautiful sunny day, you can find her hiking, practicing outside or running along the river. As a yoga teacher, Kayla tries to inspire students to make space and take time for themselves, surrendering to their practice. She values the art of mindfulness and incorporates this into each and every class. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to encourage students to leave their comfort zone, challenge themselves and maybe even giggle while in the process.

Lauren Rosemarie is a Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist & Wellness Entrepreneur from Burlington. Lauren loves foods that nourish, music that moves you, experiences with adventure, lifting & loving others. If she could choose 3 words to describe her, they’d be; Balanced, Bendy & Bright! Her mission is to unite & inspire her tribe to vibrate higher, feel themselves & live for total body optimization!
