pre-natal yoga is designed to support expecting mothers and alleviate common discomforts during each stage of pregnancy. Gentle yoga poses will aim to nurture the body, and teachers will guide and share breathing practices to prepare oneself for labour and delivery.

a relaxed non-heated class that will alleviate many post pregnancy discomforts, while learning how to play with your new baby. This practice and flow will be inspired to help alleviate the physical, emotional and sometimes stressful effects of motherhood. Classes provide postures that help physically after pregnancy and also call attention to breathing, meditation and allow open discussion on many things that happen post natal. All babies are welcome - even if you think they may not behave!
mom & baby fit
11 am wednesdays
Meet other moms and bring baby along while we work through a Fit Class! Baby can play along beside you, be held in carrier, or sleep in car seat! Jen will work through a series of cardiovascular and strength training exercises, designed to help you feel better and give more energy. All levels of fitness welcome. Weather permitting we can hold class outdoors with baby in stroller. Baby Age: 6 weeks-mobile babies. Bring indoor running shoes , yoga mat and baby carrier.

Meet up at the studio with baby in stroller ready to head down to the park! We will have fun connecting with other moms and babies as we work through various cardio and strengthening exercises! No special stroller required. Remember sunscreen and water!
