Meet Elena, Registered Massage Therapist

As a young girl, Elena was known to informally practice massage on family and friends, receiving much positive feedback and outcomes. after a few years of a career in social work, Elena finally accepted her calling in massage therapy and became a proud graduate of the Sutherland-Chan school and teaching clinic in Toronto.

Elena's passion is helping people, and so her approach to massage therapy is to help you heal by addressing the problems that have resulted in pain or discomfort. To do this, she takes the time to listen to your experiences, including a full assessment.

Elena gained experience treating a wide range of conditions and needs, including motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, post-operative, pre-natal, nervous system disorders (MS), and other chronic conditions.

Elena also enhanced her education at the thoracic surgery unit at the Toronto general hospital and spinal cord rehab at the Lyndhurst rehabilitation institute. furthermore, she has enriched her background by gaining knowledge and practicing equine massage.

Along with her fellow colleagues, Elena is looking forward to ensuring that you receive the highest possible quality of care.

Meet Christine, Registered Massage Therapist

Christine Schlecht has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1998, bringing decades of experience and continued education to her practice. Her extensive training includes Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Acupuncture, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Outside of the treatment room, Christine leads an active and vibrant life—she’s an avid golfer, pickleball player, and participates in both baseball and pool leagues. The true loves in her life are her mom, her dog Coco, and the meaningful work she shares with her clients.

Christine’s passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage deepened in 2017 after a pivotal experience in which she helped relieve concussion symptoms in a single treatment using gentle work on the neck, face, and head. This moment sparked a deeper exploration into the profound impact of light-touch therapies.

Today, Christine integrates Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Massage Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Acupuncture to support a wide range of concerns, including cellulite, low energy, brain fog, anxiety, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, arthritis, stiffness, restless legs, breast inflammation, and athletic performance.

Her treatments are designed to create a sense of lightness and ease—supporting the body’s natural rhythms, calming the nervous system, and encouraging a state of flow throughout both mind and body.
