How to Get Started

Booking is simple.

Your first visit begins with a virtual physiotherapy assessment with Ava, our Registered Physiotherapist. During this online consultation, she will complete a thorough assessment, discuss your concerns, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for you.

If in-studio treatment or Clinical Reformer sessions are recommended, Ava will prescribe a customized course of care. Your sessions may then be carried out by our Physiotherapy Assistant under her direction and supervision.

To ensure your treatment remains effective and aligned with your goals, you will meet with Ava periodically for virtual follow-up assessments. These reassessments allow her to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you are achieving safe, measurable results.

You can schedule your initial virtual assessment online or contact our Burlington studio directly. We look forward to supporting your recovery and helping you move with confidence and strength.
