Yoga Teacher Training | 200 Hr
Decode the Practice. Awaken the Teacher Within. Live with Purpose.
Whether or not you plan to teach yoga, this program will shift the way you experience life.
Be’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for everyone — no matter your age, body, background, or flexibility. Whether your intention is to teach or to deepen your relationship with your body, breath, and self, this journey offers tools that extend far beyond the mat.
You’ll gain life skills to navigate both inner and outer worlds with more ease, clarity, and joy. From Ayurvedic wisdom to support your longevity and vitality, to breathwork techniques that calm the mind, to pelvic floor awareness for lifelong function and strength — this course is a toolkit for living well, not just teaching yoga.
You'll explore practices to manage the kleshas (mental/emotional obstacles), build emotional resilience, connect with your soul’s purpose, and align with what truly brings you joy. It’s about coming home to yourself and learning how to share that light with others, if you choose.
While you’ll learn to teach yoga, you’ll also learn how to lead with confidence, speak with clarity, and stand in your truth. Whether you're in front of a classroom or a boardroom, the skills you’ll gain — from public speaking to nervous system regulation to intuitive leadership — will support you in every area of life.
This program is not just about asana. It’s about understanding your body and mind, connecting to your voice, and developing the tools you need to live with more ease, joy, and purpose.

This isn’t just a training — it’s a transformational journey into the multidimensional wisdom of yoga.
Whether you're called to teach or deepen your personal practice, The Yoga Code will empower you with a clear, integrative foundation rooted in tradition, informed by science, and alive in modern life. Through embodied learning, rich philosophy, and a supportive community, you’ll uncover your voice, expand your understanding, and walk away ready to share yoga with authenticity and confidence.
What You'll Learn
Each module of this training has been designed to demystify yoga while deepening your connection to it — mind, body, and spirit.
The Yoga Code
Decoding the Complexities of Yoga Through a Western Lens.
Embodied Anatomy: East Meets West
Understand the body. Empower your practice.
Understand how the body works from both a biomechanical and energetic lens. Study the musculoskeletal and nervous systems from a Western perspective while exploring the subtle energy systems of Eastern traditions — chakras, nadis, vayus. You'll develop a practical understanding of alignment, movement patterns, and energetic flow that brings greater depth to your teaching, your practice and your everyday movement.
Yoga Philosophy & History: Timeless Teachings for Modern Life
Root your practice in ancient wisdom.
Journey through the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and other foundational texts to explore yoga’s philosophical underpinnings. Explore how foundational teachings (like the kleshas, the 8 limbs, and the gunas) help you navigate life with more resilience, emotional awareness, and connection to your higher purpose. You’ll learn how these teachings apply to real life — helping you lead classes with more depth, compassion, and clarity.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Training the Mind
Stillness is a skill. Presence is a practice.
Experience a variety of meditation styles that calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, expand your awareness, and strengthen your inner compass. These practices are foundational for living with intention — and for guiding others from an authentic place. Leave this training with the tools to guide others in practices that cultivate presence, insight, and emotional resilience.
Pranayama: The Power of Breath
Breath as a bridge between body and mind.
Explore the anatomy and energetics of breath and how it can be used to regulate emotion, build energy, and support healing. You’ll learn to confidently teach foundational pranayama techniques in both traditional and trauma-aware ways.
Teaching Methodology: From Student to Guide
Find your voice. Lead with confidence.
Step into the seat of the teacher with practical tools for cueing, class pacing, sequencing, space holding, and adapting to different student needs. You’ll develop your teaching presence, refine your delivery, and learn to lead with clarity and compassion — in any setting. These communication and leadership skills are invaluable not only for yoga teaching but in public speaking, coaching, community work, and more.
Ayurveda: Living in Rhythm
Balance your life, body, and mind.
Learn how to support your health, energy, and emotional balance by exploring Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, to understand the elements, doshas, and daily/seasonal rhythms. Learn to craft practices that support physical vitality and mental clarity — for yourself and your students — by aligning with nature and inner constitution.
Yoga & the Nervous System: Trauma-Informed & Somatic Teaching
The science of safety, healing, and presence.
Learn how yoga supports emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and resilience. You’ll explore key concepts from somatics, trauma-informed teaching, and polyvagal theory — gaining tools to create spaces that feel safe, empowering, and accessible to all bodies and lived experiences.
Hands-On Assisting: The Art of Support
Touch as communication. Connection as medicine.
Learn to offer intuitive, respectful, and safe physical assists. Through guided practice and feedback, you’ll build confidence in using touch (or verbal support) to help students feel grounded, open, and fully present in their bodies.
Sequencing & Theming: Crafting Transformative Classes
Design experiences, not just sequences.
Learn how to weave anatomy, breath, intention, and philosophy into intelligent, inspiring classes. You’ll create well-rounded practices that are physically safe, emotionally resonant, and spiritually grounded — and develop your own creative voice as a teacher.
What Makes This Training Unique?
The Yoga Code is designed to honor tradition without being trapped by it.
We break down complex concepts, blend ancient wisdom with contemporary science, and empower you to integrate it all into a teaching style that feels true to you.
You’ll be supported by a welcoming, committed community and experienced teachers who are passionate about helping you succeed — not only as a yoga teacher, but as a more present, connected human being.
You’re Ready. We’ll Meet You There.
You don’t need to be able to handstand. You don’t need to be confident in your voice — yet.
You just need a willingness to grow. To show up. To say yes to the version of you that’s waiting on the other side of this journey.
Let’s unlock the code of yoga together — and bring its wisdom into every corner of your life.

“Teacher training really opened my eyes to the world of yoga by showing me so many different aspects of yoga that aren’t highlighted in a class. It covered the physical and spiritual teachings of yoga and how to go about teaching that in a class and you start teaching almost right away so you get a lot of practice in! They really want you to develop your teachings and help you do that in a supportive and communal way!”
