Cancellation Refund Policy.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

In order for everyone to get the very most out of their experience with us, we ask that you please familiarize yourself with our late cancellation and no-show policy below.

PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is available starting 14 days in advance and up to 30 minutes before class starts. If you pre-register for a class, you are guaranteed a spot provided that you’re checked in at the front desk at least 10 minutes before class begins. If not then you will lose your reservation and we will start accepting walk-ins that arrive on a first come first serve basis. Getting into a class that is already in session is not permitted.

CLASS RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible – avoid leaving this to the last minute. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts with no penalty. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to check our email in time, so please cancel your reservation online only.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW CHARGE

You can still “late cancel” less than 4 hours before class begins – your account will still be charged, but at least we get a heads up that you won’t be coming, so we can give the spot away to someone else. Everyone will be charged $10 for each late cancellation. If we cannot process the charge to your credit card on file then we will take away a class from your current pass instead.

WAITLIST

If the online pre-registration is full, you can register for the waitlist. This is only for online pre-registration. If someone cancels up one hour before class begins, the next person on the waitlist will be bumped in (and should receive an email letting them know). Emails may come up to one hour before class begins, so keep an eye on your Inbox (the email address that you use to login to your account with us is the one to watch!).

You are responsible for managing your waitlist reservations. If you are on the waitlist, but you reach a point when you’d be unable to come to class even if you were bumped in, please cancel your waitlist reservation.

WORKSHOP RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Students are required to provide notice at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a workshop or specialty class they signed up for. If we do receive notice within 24 hours or more then they will receive a credit on their account of the amount they paid to put towards another purchase in the future at our studio. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the workshop or specialty class is scheduled to start, there will be no credit given. No refunds, no exceptions.

TEACHER TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

Students are required to provide notice in writing at least 30 Days prior to the training start date if they cannot attend the training or course they signed up for. If we receive adequate notice they will receive a credit on their account of the amount they paid to put towards another purchase in the future at our studio. If notice is given less than 30 days before the workshop or course is scheduled to start, there will be no credit given. No refunds, no exceptions.

APPOINTMENTS (therapeutic/private) CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation of an appointment requires 24 hours of notice; if for any reason, you give less than 24 hours of notice or miss your appointment, you will still be charged the amount of the treatment. Thank you kindly for your understanding.
