Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the body’s natural detoxification process and enhance the flow of lymphatic fluid. Using light, precise touch, this therapy helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
When focused on the head, neck, and face, it can help relieve sinus congestion, headaches, brain fog, and symptoms related to concussion or stress. Full-body treatments support immune function, reduce fluid retention, improve skin tone (including the appearance of cellulite), and promote deep relaxation.
This deeply soothing treatment is ideal for those seeking a reset for both body and mind—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced

Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a gentle, active therapy that works with the body’s own muscular contractions to restore balance, improve mobility, and reduce pain. Through guided resistance and precise positioning, this technique helps release tension, lengthen shortened muscles, and realign joints.
MET is especially effective for addressing postural imbalances, chronic tension, and restricted movement patterns. It is a collaborative treatment—engaging the client in the process—resulting in improved function, increased range of motion, and a greater sense of ease in the body.

TMJ Massage Therapy focuses on relieving tension and dysfunction in the jaw, face, neck, and surrounding musculature associated with Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders. This treatment may help reduce jaw pain, clicking, clenching, headaches, facial tension, and discomfort related to stress or teeth grinding. Using a combination of external and intraoral techniques (with informed consent), your therapist works to release tight muscles, improve jaw mobility, and restore balance to the surrounding structures. Treatments are tailored to your comfort level and therapeutic needs.
-
Pregnancy Massage is a nurturing, supportive treatment tailored to the changing needs of the body throughout all stages of pregnancy. Using safe positioning and specialized techniques, this therapy helps relieve common discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, swelling, and fatigue.
Gentle yet effective, treatments are designed to support circulation, reduce stress on weight-bearing joints, and promote overall relaxation for both mother and baby. Each session is adapted to meet you where you are, creating a calm and comfortable space to rest, restore, and reconnect.

A Contouring Massage is a specialized body treatment designed to refine the skin’s texture and enhance natural silhouettes by targeting fluid retention and stagnant circulation. Using a combination of rhythmic strokes and focused pressure, this massage stimulates the lymphatic system to help flush out metabolic waste and excess water that may contribute to a puffy or dimpled appearance. The result is a smoother, firmer look and a more defined body contour, making it an ideal choice for those looking to support skin tone and temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite.
For best results, a minimum series of 5 consistent sessions is recommended. Individual results may vary.
BONUS: Save $100 when you treat yourself to the Contouring Massage Bundle of 5 – ONLY $650

Christine Schlecht has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1998, bringing decades of experience and continued education to her practice. Her extensive training includes Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Acupuncture, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Outside of the treatment room, Christine leads an active and vibrant life—she’s an avid golfer, pickleball player, and participates in both baseball and pool leagues. The true loves in her life are her mom, her dog Coco, and the meaningful work she shares with her clients.
Christine’s passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage deepened in 2017 after a pivotal experience in which she helped relieve concussion symptoms in a single treatment using gentle work on the neck, face, and head. This moment sparked a deeper exploration into the profound impact of light-touch therapies.
Today, Christine integrates Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Massage Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Acupuncture to support a wide range of concerns, including cellulite, low energy, brain fog, anxiety, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, arthritis, stiffness, restless legs, breast inflammation, and athletic performance.
Her treatments are designed to create a sense of lightness and ease—supporting the body’s natural rhythms, calming the nervous system, and encouraging a state of flow throughout both mind and body.
