Shrimp ceviche


Shrimp ceviche is the perfect treat to serve when friends drop by for hot days by the pool.


Ingredients:

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled

1/2 cup lime juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper, minced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 avocado, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


Step 1: Cut shrimp into small pieces and place them in bowl. Pour lime, lemon, and orange juice over shrimp and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Step 2: Add cilantro, jalapeno pepper, red onion, and avocado to shrimp mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
