Meet Linda

Linda Orsini is the creator of Soul Skool and host of the A Call for Love podcast. With over 30 years in education, she now brings her warmth, wisdom, and wholehearted presence to her work as a meditation and holistic wellness educator.

Meet Lisbeth

Lisbeth Fregonese brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a meditation teacher and holistic wellness advocate. With over 25 years of dedicated practice in energetic arts, she has honed her skills in various disciplines, including breath work, meditation, martial arts, reiki, practical mindfulness, and spirituality.

Lisbeth holds several certifications that reflect her commitment to continuous learning and mastery in her field:

  • Advanced Meditation Teacher Trainer, certified by Master Dev Om, India, accredited by Yoga Alliance®.

  • Spiritual/Mindfulness Coach, certified by Master Dev Om, India.

  • Life Coach, awarded by the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF™).

  • Reiki Master, certified by Reiki Master Teacher Carrie Chilcott.

  • Holistic Nutritionist certified by AFPA, Health, Nutrition & Fitness.

Her foundational training in martial arts, where she achieved a second-degree black belt in traditional Goju Ryu Karate-Do and a first-degree black belt in Kobudo (ancient weapons), laid the groundwork for her holistic approach to well-being.

Lisbeth's dedication to daily training in qigong and meditation demonstrates her ongoing commitment to internal arts and personal growth.

As a seasoned facilitator of meditation and group workshops, Lisbeth has a proven track record, and her own Wellness Centre, unfortunately closed due to Covid, attests to the high demand for her teachings. She is passionate about sharing powerful strategies for developing, maintaining, and activating inner resilience.

Whether in private sessions or group settings, Lisbeth guides individuals in achieving their goals, clearing limiting blocks, and recognizing the unlimited opportunities in life. Her intuitive ability adds a unique dimension to her sessions, allowing her to connect with individuals at a core energetic level.

Beyond her role as a meditation teacher, Lisbeth is a community leader known for founding the Wholistic Wellness Communities. She organized large Holistic Wellness Expos in and around the Golden Horseshoe area, emphasizing her commitment to community building and service.

Lisbeth's diverse interests include cooking and baking, and she extends this passion through online and in-person plant-based and whole food cooking classes. Her classes not only nourish the body but also foster a sense of community among food lovers.

In her personal life, Lisbeth enjoys nature walks, hikes, gardening, swimming, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is honored to be part of the BE Yoga family, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to teach and connect with both new and familiar faces.
