Meet Carrie Chilcott
R.A.C. Certified Reflexology Therapist, Reiki Master, Holistic Nutritionist
Carrie is a Certified Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada, having honed her skills in foot reflexology since 2011. Alongside her reflexology practice, Carrie is a seasoned Reiki Master and Teacher, with expertise in Usui and Karuna Reiki since 2010. Her path in energy healing led her to reflexology, guided by a deep connection to holistic wellness and the body’s natural healing abilities.
Carrie is dedicated to serving clients through both physical and energetic modalities, integrating her knowledge of anatomy with gentle, non-invasive reflexology techniques. Her approach facilitates relaxation and encourages the body’s innate healing processes, allowing clients to experience relief, balance, and renewed vitality. With a passion for both physical and energetic fields, Carrie is committed to offering care that supports the well-being of the whole person.
Meet Elena Guileva
Registered Massage Therapist
As a young girl, Elena was known to informally practice massage on family and friends, receiving much positive feedback and outcomes. after a few years of a career in social work, Elena finally accepted her calling in massage therapy and became a proud graduate of the Sutherland-Chan school and teaching clinic in Toronto.
Elena's passion is helping people, and so her approach to massage therapy is to help you heal by addressing the problems that have resulted in pain or discomfort. To do this, she takes the time to listen to your experiences, including a full assessment.
Elena gained experience treating a wide range of conditions and needs, including motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, post-operative, pre-natal, nervous system disorders (MS), and other chronic conditions.
Elena also enhanced her education at the thoracic surgery unit at the Toronto general hospital and spinal cord rehab at the Lyndhurst rehabilitation institute. furthermore, she has enriched her background by gaining knowledge and practicing equine massage.
Along with her fellow colleagues, Elena is looking forward to ensuring that you receive the highest possible quality of care.
Meet Eleanor Hayward
To facilitate healing & healthy boundaries is my life mission. I invite your engagement by creating a safe space for you to reflect & share, then offer simple yet empowering teachings & tools, plus intuitive guidance to serve your highest good. My gifts include curiosity – why is our society the way it is? also, the gift of empathy -meaning I can sense the feelings of others. At times these gifts feel like a curse. I know people in our world are hurting. I see that our systems can be unfair, and too many people are manipulated for profit & power. It can feel hard, and anger me. However, by learning to combine my gifts into my super-power of emotional intelligence, I stand in professional service for you, and this opportunity sincerely feels like a blessing. By providing holistic healing services, and co-creating personal development soulutions both privately & in beautiful community, I am fulfilled. Non-judgement is an important value of mine, along with compassion, integrity and vulnerability. I believe in you! Meet Lisbeth Fregonese
Meditation Teacher, Intuitive Coach & Energy Healer
With over 25 years of experience in meditation, energy healing, and holistic wellness, Lisbeth is a passionate guide in helping others cultivate inner resilience and clarity. She offers intuitive, transformational sessions—both one-on-one and in groups—designed to release blocks, empower personal growth, and connect deeply on an energetic level.
A certified Advanced Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master, and Holistic Nutritionist, Lisbeth also draws from her background in martial arts and daily qigong practice. She is the founder of Wholistic Wellness Communities and has organized large wellness expos across the Golden Horseshoe area.
When she's not teaching or coaching, Lisbeth shares her love of whole food cooking through live and online classes, and enjoys spending time in nature with loved ones. She is proud to be part of the BE Yoga family.

Meet Michele Drake
Michelle has dedicated the last 35 years exploring her physical body and sharing her passion to strengthen and heal it in holistic ways. starting her career as a personal fitness trainer, its hard to find a certificate she does not hold in her back pocket.
throughout her career she has been an active member in her community, devoting herself to councils and networks whenever health and wellness was at the forefront. always looking for new and innovative ways to work with her clients, she became versed with the TRX and master trainer BOSU and trigger point therapy, eventually moving on to teach others how to use these powerful fitness tools.
Realizing early on the importance of whole-body fitness, Michele became a Pro-Trainer nutrition and wellness specialist, a body groove instructor, a Pilates instructor, and a yoga instructor; truly making her one of the most versatile and skilled trainers you could work with.
Michele recognized early in her career that the physical body was such a minute part of wellness, and that the energy of our cells is shaped by what we are ingesting energetically, mentally, and nutritionally.
Michele blends neuroscience of habits, mindset, and energy to help you reclaim youthful vitality. firmly believing that we each hold the potential for connecting with bliss, Michele is an excellent resource for helping you achieve that peace, love, and joy within.

Meet Monica Angelatos
Monica is adept in the field of yoga therapeutics, combining a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, biology, neurology, psychology and spirituality to facilitate students’ deep healing. in addition to having delivered over 10,000 hours of student teaching over the course of her career, Monica has also created two new techniques to promote comprehensive and transformative healing: Thai yin yogassage, which combines yoga, Thai massage and myofascial release techniques to release trapped tension, stress, and trauma experiences from the body, as well as hypnoga, which combines restorative yoga with hypnotherapy to facilitate the release of negative emotions and deconstruct negative belief systems held in the body.
Monica has more than 1500 hours in yoga teacher training certifications. This extensive training recognizes her skills with certifications in restorative yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, healing touch, reiki, pranayama, hypnotherapy, nlp, timeline therapy and Thai massage. Her daily personal practice - the foundation of her teaching - has been deeply informed by her mentors Dr. Joe Dispenza, dr. Richard Miller. and Dr. Judith Hanson Lasater. as a teacher trainer Monica facilitates yoga alliance accredited certifications for trainings in yin, restorative as well as 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher trainings online and from her studio in Burlington Ontario. Meet Sheena Poitevin

Sheena offers a deeply personalized approach to wellness, supporting clients through one-on-one sessions in yoga, Pilates (mat and reformer), breathwork, Reiki, Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching, and prenatal and postnatal care. Her work is about meeting you exactly where you are—whether you're seeking strength, healing, balance, or simply space to breathe.
She specializes in supporting women through all stages of life, including mindful preparation for birth and empowered postnatal recovery. With a focus on stability, self-awareness, and nurturing care, Sheena helps clients reconnect with their changing bodies and build strength from the inside out.
In each session, Sheena weaves in thoughtful movement, intentional breath, and mindful awareness to help you feel more grounded, present, and supported. Her approach is both nurturing and empowering, encouraging clients to show up fully, listen inward, and grow with compassion.
Sheena has been a steady presence at Be Yoga & Wellness since 2012, and her work reflects a deep commitment to authentic connection and sustainable well-being. She creates a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their potential and cultivate a more joyful, aligned life.
Outside of the studio, Sheena enjoys time in nature, cooking, and sharing simple moments with her family—living the same grounded, heart-led values she brings into every session.

Meet Shradha Sharma
200 Hr YTT in Yoga Therapy
Shradha’s journey with yoga began in a prenatal class, where she discovered how deeply the practice could support her through pregnancy, labour, and motherhood. Inspired by the healing and balance yoga brought to her life, she now offers personalized, therapeutic sessions that support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Her teaching combines an understanding of anatomy with the everyday application of yoga, helping clients move with awareness and ease. Shradha creates a nurturing space where students can slow down, reconnect, and explore their practice with grace and curiosity.
Outside the studio, Shradha is a mom of two, a mandala artist, and an independent insurance advisor.
Meet Val Saengsuk
Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner
I was born and raised in Thailand, where my journey with Thai massage began at a young age. As a little girl, my grandparents taught me the basics so I could help relieve their aches and pains in their backs, legs, feet, and arms. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the extent of their discomfort—until I grew up and began working a job that required standing all day. I started experiencing the same issues: neck, shoulder, and back pain.
To find relief, I sought out different treatments, including Chinese massage, Swedish massage, oil massage, and acupuncture. However, I discovered that Thai massage was the most effective for me. It’s a tradition passed down through generations, and I finally understood why it has remained so popular. After a Thai massage session, I felt refreshed, alive, and motivated, always arriving at work with a renewed sense of energy and a smile on my face.
Having experienced the toll that muscle and joint pain can take, I truly believe that Thai massage can benefit the mind and spirit as much as the body. I’m passionate about using my skills to help others feel youthful and healthy again, just as I did for my grandparents all those years ago. It’s an honor to share this healing tradition with others, providing the same care and relief I’ve found in my own life

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her teaching. From her roots in high-impact step aerobics to certifications in Yoga, Yin Yoga, and STOTT Pilates (Mat, Reformer, and Barre), Linda’s approach is rooted in excellence and a deep commitment to the benefits of movement.
At Be Yoga & Wellness, Linda’s classes are both challenging and supportive, offering a balanced mix of core-focused Pilates work and calming yoga flows. Her thoughtful sequencing and calm demeanor make even the most fitness-driven sessions feel approachable and enjoyable.
Linda has been a valued member of the Be Yoga & Wellness team since 2021, and her students love her ability to create classes that leave them feeling both strong and centered.

Meet Katerina Pereira
Pilates Instructor | STOTT Pilates (Mat & Reformer) | Special Populations & Foot Health
Katerina is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a deep passion for the mind-body connection and holistic well-being. Originally from former Czechoslovakia, her journey began with competitive volleyball and evolved into a lifelong commitment to physical and mental fitness, eventually leading her to discover the transformative power of Pilates.
Since becoming a Pilates instructor in 2016, Katerina has had the privilege of training Cirque du Soleil artists and building a successful business in Abu Dhabi. She holds certifications in STOTT PILATES (Mat & Reformer), with specialized training in Stability Chair, Total Barre, Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates, and more. She is particularly passionate about foot health and continues to expand her expertise in conditioning for athletes, especially golfers.
With a teaching style rooted in precision and biomechanics, Katerina ensures clients build a strong Pilates foundation, helping them move with confidence, strength, and ease. She loves helping students connect with their bodies and cultivate a lasting love for Pilates.
When not in the studio, Katerina enjoys beach volleyball, paddleboarding, and family adventures with her husband and two children. She’s excited to bring her expertise and passion to the Be Yoga & Wellness community.
